Private Lessons with Coach Rick

Rick has always had a gift for keeping things fun and engaging—so much so that kids are learning and working hard without even realizing it. His passion, energy, and ability to connect with athletes have made him a cornerstone in the local softball community for over two decades.

Over the years, he’s coached every level from 10U through 18U and continues to coach high school softball in the fall. Even after his daughters aged out of the program, Rick never walked away. He’s mentored former players who have become coaches themselves and supported countless athletes on their path to college athletics.

Rick’s enthusiasm is unmistakable—you can hear it across the complex—and his heart is always with the players. His ability to blend fun with fundamentals makes him a favorite among athletes and families alike. For Coach Rick, it’s never just about the game.
