Review Options below and confirm with your coach which jersey or jerseys you need to order.  Complete the Jersey Order form. 

 

When making a payment, please note

Jersey and Apparel payments must be made before these will be ordered.

(2) Paypal @lincolnchaossoftball 

(3) Bring a check to your coach

Jerseys are $30 each, including tax. 


If your payment is not made before the order deadline, your order will not be placed and will have to wait until the next order window.

2026 Jersey Options

Use the form at the link to order your Chaos Softball jerseys. Please check with your coach to confirm the style of softball jerseys you need to order. The player's last name and number will be included on the back of the jersey. Parents are responsible for including the correct size, style, name, and number on their order for the team uniforms.
