Chaos Softball Coaches

Rick brings over 20 years of softball coaching experience and is the founder of Chaos Softball. He has coached athletes from 10U to 18U and currently leads the reserve team at Lincoln SW HS. Known for his energy, leadership and commitment to developing confident athletes, Rick's earned multiple tournament championships

Samantha began her coaching journey with Chaos Softball in 2018 and transitioned to a head coach role in 2021. Now in her sixth year as head coach, she has successfully led teams from 16U through 18U to placements in high-level tournament play. She has also served as an assistant coach for Lincoln Southwest High.

Emma enters her third year as a Chaos head coach for the 2025–26 season. A former Chaos player and current college athlete, she brings travel and collegiate experience to the program. Emma focuses on player development and building competitive teams in a positive environment.

 Stephanie Holdsworth is a former Peru State College softball player and experienced coach with a background in youth and high school sports. As a teacher and coach, she uses a direct, structured approach focused on fundamentals, confidence, accountability, and developing disciplined, competitive, team-first players. 

 Josh brings 7+ years of coaching experience in baseball, softball, and football, plus 11 years as a player. With a firm-but-fair style, he emphasizes skill development, confidence, and values like integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and teamwork to help athletes grow on and off the field. 

Coach Torey Jackson returns to Chaos as a former standout player and longtime assistant coach. Known for her speed, defensive skill, and high-energy leadership, she knows how to bring home the hardware while emphasizing accountability, team unity, and effort.
